Customer service employee (100%)
Your tasks
- Classic customer service activities (acceptance of repairs, organisation)
- Advising customers and resellers on the phone / by e-mail
- Processing orders with our IT system (Stieger software)
- Checking / organising the work
- Delivering the vehicles to our customers
Your skills
- Completed training in the administrative field (car trade or related professions)
- Enjoy daily customer contact
- Very good knowledge of German (mother tongue), good written and spoken English, French an advantage
- Good IT user skills (Microsoft Office, DMS / ERP systems)
- Driving licence Cat. B
- Possibly existing expertise in the automotive industry
- Experience with classic and vintage cars an advantage
